Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had mixed aspects with small rooms that were not very clean but each had its own ensuite. However, the service was outstanding; the staff were so helpful and moved us to beautiful club rooms at no extra cost. The location is good, near Vic Falls, and helpful for booking day trips. The dining was acceptable but not exceptional with good menu choices. Facilities were standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom, which affected the overall comfort. However, each room had its own ensuite, which was a plus point. The service was a bit pushy for tips but generally very friendly and helpful, even moving us to beautiful club rooms at no extra cost when we raised an issue. The location was amazing, near Vic Falls, and the dining experience was good overall except for a few menu items.
